THE COURSE
Run or walk this
scenic course. Starts off at Seroogy's
Chocolates on Broadway and goes north traveling through the
beautiful St. Norbert Abbey. This is a gradual uphill
reaching Webster Ave and turns right headed south
towards Ridgeway Boulevard.
The 15K course goes left (5k left) on Ridgeway Blvd. towards
East River Dr. and then through Green Isle Park and back.
The final 1/2 mile of the course is slight downhill.
Finish at Seroogy's Chocolates. Water stations approximately 1 ½
miles, 4 and 7 miles.

(Drop off by Thurday, Feb. 7 at Seroogy's by store close, 9 p.m.)
Take $1 off for registering a group of 4 or more (must be in same envelope).
WHAT MIDWEST SPORTS EVENTS PROVIDES
All participants receive a LONG SLEEVE SHIRT, Seroogy’s
chocolate meltaway bar, coffee and hot chocolate! The 2012 age
group awards are very unique and keep with the Valentine theme. Proceeds from the event will
benefit our charities.
We provide technically sound, safe, and exciting events for all
ages and abilities!
There will also be plenty of water and
Gatorade stations along the course.
Each mile on the run
courses will be marked. Courses will have highly visible signage
for each turn.

VOLUNTEER
Get a front row seat as a volunteer! Volunteers
are needed throughout the event to help with participant body
marking, directing athletes on and off the course, and handing
out water and food. All volunteers receive a t-shirt and a
big thank you!!!

AWARDS
Awards will be given to the first overall female and male winners in both distances. Age group awards will be given to the top 3 male and female in 5 year increments:
10 and under, 11-14 to 99 plus
and the top 3 Athena and Clydesdale.
This event is part of the Aurora BayCare Series
which offers additional prizes.

EVENT RULES AND INFORMATION
1. We do not give refunds nor do we transfer fees from one race to another.
2. Course
cut off time: 2 hours and 30 minutes after the start of the
race.
3. Chip Pick-Up is during the registration times.
4. 5K runners start after the 15K runners. It's your
responsibility to line up correctly.
5. We do not guarantee shirt size if you show up to On-Day packet
pick up and
registration less then 45 minutes before the start of the
Race.
