This event is in conjunction with the Green Bay Triathlon and will start approximately right after the swim portion of the triathlon (7:15 a.m.). Walkers and strollers are welcome.

            8:30 a.m. Pre Race Kid's Clinic for participants and parents
            9 a.m. - Kid's Triathlon START
            9:45 a.m. - Kid's Race Finished - Awards Ceremony
          Aurora BayCare Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center
            11 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Expo, Adult Registration & Packet Pick-Up
            Course Talks at 11:30 and 2 p.m.

  5K and 10K walk or run

THE COURSE
This is a very scenic, flat course. Both 5K and 10K courses start at Ashwaubomay Park and head north on Broadway, then to the Ashwaubomay River Trail to the Marina Boardwalk. The 5K truns back at the Marina and the 10K continues north past the National Railroad Museum and loops around Fort Howard Park and back to the park.

WHAT MIDWEST SPORTS EVENTS PROVIDES
We provide technically sound, safe, and exciting events.  Participants receive a DRI WICK SHIRT, goody bag, chip timing, food and fun after the event.  There will also be plenty of water and Gatorade stations along the course.

VOLUNTEER
Get a front row seat as a volunteer!  Volunteers are needed throughout the event to help with participant body marking, directing athletes on and off the course, and handing out water and food.  All volunteers receive a t-shirt, food during the race and a big thank you!!!
